And in the eternal quest that is TONE, I think most of us mear mortals will struggle to come even close to owning or even playing through one of these legendary amps. However, there are other options, and the team at Synergy have put together the fantastic OS module to get somewhere close to the sound tone and feel of the Overdrive Special. This pack, for the Kemper Profiler features 15 profiles of this model standalone, and paired with some of our favourite boost, drive and distortion pedals.
PLEASE NOTE
- This pack is ONLY for the KEMPER range of Profiling Amplifiers and Pedals. THIS IS NOT A TONEX, Headrush or Quad Cortex Pack.
- The profiles are saved as .krig files, which need to be loaded into your hardware from a connected Mac or PC using the latest version of the Rig Manager software.
Kemper profiles are in the .krig file format. If you’re having trouble loading a file, you might need to update your Kemper’s firmware. Rig Manager automatically converts any older profiles with the .kipr extension to .krig when you load them into the Kemper.
